Speaking to a roomful of about 60 early-risers made up of ILD’s largest payment processing customers and its employees, Chairman and CEO, Mike Lewis, kicked off Partners in Profits 3.0 with a strong focus on the importance of collaboration. He began his session with a brief history of the event. The concept for Partners in Profits was developed in 2004, when the event included ILD’s top 20 customers across its three divisions; Outsourced Services, RollCall Business Conferencing, and Payment Processing. The second event was held in 2005 with a commanding keynote address from Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North.
